RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
AO DAI LAMIA accepts returns for selected items within 30 days of delivery receipt. This page provides information on our return policies. While most items sold on AO DAI LAMIA adhere to our general return policies, some have different policies.
A. 30-DAY RETURN
1. Return Rights
We always strive to ensure you have a positive shopping experience with us. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return items. You have the right to cancel the purchase of most items within 14 days of receiving them. Additionally, you have statutory rights if goods are not as described, not fit for purpose, or not of satisfactory quality. To exercise your right to cancel, please visit our Returns Centre. For defective items, we ask customers to notify us and provide evidence within 7 days of receipt. The evidence must include:
– Unboxing video*
– Photos
sent to our support centre via support@aodailamia.com for further assistance. *Must have information to protect customer rights.* Please note that this return policy does not affect your statutory rights and therefore does not affect your right of cancellation as described above.
2. Original Condition
Please note that each item must be returned in the same condition in which you received it. This means new items must be unused and undamaged. Used items must not show any additional signs of use or damage (such as stains or dirt) and must have their original tags attached. Due to hygiene and safety concerns, all items are inspected upon arrival and return. The same exclusions apply to our Returns Guarantee for the right to a refund. Therefore, the following products cannot be returned under the Returns Guarantee unless they are defective:
- Sales items shown with crossed-out original price;
- Â Sales items that are Final Sales ;
- Customized items;
- Pre-Order items;
- Swimwear (Bikini, swimsuit);
- Underwear;
- Accessories/Jewelry;
- Shoes;
- Bags/handbags;
- Gift items, gift cards.

3. Returns Costs & Methods
AO DAI LAMIA does not provide a return label. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs and any additional expenses incurred during the return process, provided the items are in their original condition. You can return items using any shipping service available at your location. To ensure your return is processed correctly, please submit a request via the provided link and follow our policy, including providing the tracking code once the parcel has been dispatched.
Please note that any parcels not following our return instructions will be refused. AO DAI LAMIA cannot guarantee that your item will be found and returned or refunded, and no compensation will be given for incorrect items sent to AO DAI LAMIA. Therefore, ensure you have submitted a return request and received an approval email containing the return instructions.
We are not responsible for any items mistakenly returned to us. If we can locate such items (which is not always possible) and you wish to have them sent back to you, we may ask you to cover the delivery costs.
*Please be aware that all unidentified returned items will be at AO DAI LAMIAâs disposal after 30 days from the date of return arrival
4. Return Restriction
We will not accept the return if we notice an unusual pattern or returns activity that does not comply with our Return Policy, or returning item(s) are different from the original return requests, or the items returned don’t match what you had ordered, then we might have to decline your parcel.
Under certain circumstances, we might have to deactivate your account and any associated accounts to prevent repeat unrightful actions and ensure fairness among our customers.

5. Back to Sender / Returned to Sender
Under certain circumstances, your order may be undelivered and sent back/returned to the sender for the following reasons:
- Cannot contact recipient
- Incorrect recipient information
- Unpaid Import Duties & Customs
- Refused Delivery
We will do our best to resolve the issue and provide you with appropriate support that complies with our policy. Depending on the specific case, you might need to pay a re-shipping fee and/or Import Duties & Customs. We will contact you once we are notified of the issue and provide you wit

B. REFUND & COMPENSATION
1. Return & Exchange
Refunds are issued in the form of Store Credits as Loyalty Points or Petal Points, excluding the original shipping fee or return fee. This credit can be used for reordering in a different size or purchasing other items from our store. However, this credit is only available after we have received your returned item(s) and completed a quality control procedure at our Fulfillment Center.
Defective items and incorrect pieces are eligible for a full refund of the original payment and return shipping fee.
If your returned item(s) reach our Fulfillment Center within 30 days from the date of delivery (as indicated in your original orderâs tracking details), we will issue a refund excluding the original shipping fee, which was already incurred for initial delivery.
Any item(s) returned to our Fulfillment Center after this 45-day period will be rejected and not refunded. You will be responsible for the cost of resending the item(s) to you.
2. Cancellation & Refund
Most of our products are designed and made-to-order, and we strive to provide you with accurate service that adheres to our terms. Therefore, cancellation requests cannot be accommodated once your order has been confirmed. However, we will assist you in cancelling your order under the following circumstances:
- Your order is confirmed but one of the items is sold out. We will refund the original payment method for service assurance, or you can opt for a refund via Store Credits / Loyalty Points for your convenience in future orders.
- Your order is completed but you received an incorrect item or a faulty item (please also refer to our return policy).
- We cancel your order due to unexpected reasons.
- Invalid address or invalid card owner identity.
- Missed delivery (excluding the original shipping fee).
- Orders returned to sender (excluding the original shipping fee).
*We only offer refunds by way of Store Credits / Loyalty Points in the above cases*
We will contact you as soon as the above issues arise, or do not hesitate to reach out to us at support@aodailamia.com if you would need assistance in regard to the above issues.
In case you need to make changes to your order, please contact us at support@aodailamia.com as soon as possible after the order is placed and we will try our best to assist you
- Remove duplicate items.
- Increase an itemâs quantity.
- Change your shipping address.
- Change your email address.
- Customize an item (extra fee might be applied).
- Change your size.
- Upgrade shipping (If you already have a plan and need to expedite shipping).
*In case your order has been processed, your request for changes will not be applicable
3. Refund Process
After the return package reaches our Fulfillment facility in Vietnam, we will process a refund within a maximum of 5 business days and notify you via an automated email. This time frame could be longer under special conditions.
Once the refund is issued, it will take 1-3 business days to appear in your store credit account or original payment account. Although we understand the process may seem lengthy, we always do our utmost to protect your rights while adhering to our standard operating procedures. We strongly advise against filing a dispute regarding your return, as this will complicate the process during the refund waiting period.
