1. Processing time

The processing time for each item depends on our brand partners and their specific designs. This information is provided on each product page, located on the right side under the Product’s name and Description. Please review this information carefully and plan accordingly to ensure your item arrives in time for any specific occasion.

*Please note that processing time does not include shipping time.*

2. Sizing & Colors

If an item does not appear as available, it means it is currently unavailable. If you wish to inquire about the restocking time, simply click on “Notify Me,” and we will notify you once the variant becomes available again.

We strongly recommend referring to each product’s Size Chart, as sizes may vary among different Brand Partners or Designs. The Size Chart is located on the right side of the Product Page. Consulting the size chart helps reduce additional costs associated with returns and exchanges (kindly refer to our Return Policy here)

3. General Information

B. Order Placement

1. Add to Cart

  • You can add items to your shopping cart by adding favorites from your wishlist or clicking “Quick Shop,” “Add to Cart,” or “Pre-order.” Before proceeding to checkout, please ensure that you have selected the correct items and quantities.
  • If you need customization for specific items or require your order to arrive by a specific date, please use the “Add Order Note” feature on the Shopping Cart page. Alternatively, you can reach out to us at support@aodailamia.com for personalized assistance and support.

2. Filling in your Information

  • Contact Information: To receive order updates, it is mandatory to provide your email address. We primarily use email to communicate important notices after your order is placed.
  • Shipping Address: We strongly advise you to complete all required fields in your shipping address to minimize the risk of delays or loss during transit due to missing information. Helpful suggestions are provided within each field.
  • Save this information for future orders: You can save time by checking the box to store your information for quicker checkout on future purchases.

3. Continue to Shipping

Please keep in mind that our shipping times should be used as a guide only and are based on time from dispatch. We cannot take responsibility for customs clearance as they differ from each country, delays or failed payment approval, though we will try to minimize any potential delays.

Please note that upon placing an order, you will receive an automatic email confirming your order. However, this confirmation email does not constitute a contract. AO DAI LAMIA reserves the right to cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, inability to authorize a credit card, insufficient stock, or suspicion of fraud.

Fill in a Gift Card code in the Payment Page to apply it to your purchase

There are some possible reasons that make your payment failed while placing your order:

  • Your connection may have dropped during checkout
  • Your card may have been rejected
