A. Fulfillment Process
1. Processing time
An order’s processing time is determined by the item with the longest processing time. Each item has a specific processing time, which is detailed on its product page. You can find this information on the right side, below the product’s title and description.
Please take note of this information and plan your shopping accordingly to ensure your item arrives on time for any specific event. If you need assistance in splitting your shipments, we are happy to help (additional fees may apply).
*Please note that we do not include Shipping time in the Processing time.*
2. Shipping Information
We ship orders from Monday to Friday, between 9am and 6pm (GMT+7), excluding Vietnamese public holidays.
Shipping costs for your order are determined by various factors such as item dimensions, weight, and delivery location. Each order is unique, and shipping fees may vary accordingly. Heavier or larger items generally incur higher shipping costs, especially to distant locations. We calculate postage individually to ensure accurate pricing for delivering your order to its final destination.
Express delivery options are available for most destinations. The Checkout Page will display all available delivery options relevant to your order and destination.

3. Shipping Time
Typically, shipments arrive within 3-7 business days, though delivery times may vary based on your shipping location. You can collect your package from the nearest post office, or the courier may contact you prior to delivery.

We offer shipping time estimates for reference purposes only. The actual shipping time depends on when we dispatch the item. While we endeavor to minimize delays, we are not liable for customs clearance, delays, or payment issues that may arise during transit.
4. Track Your Order
After your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. If you cannot find this email or have missed it, please contact us at support@aodailamia.com. You can also quickly track your order here.
*The tracking detail might not be available at the time when you receive your tracking number. However, the carrier usually updates this information within 1-3 business days.*
5. Delivery
Delivery claims
If you encounter a non-delivery issue or if the tracking details show that your parcel has been delivered by the shipping company but you have not received it, please contact us within 7 business days to initiate a claim. We will work with the carrier to assist you through the claims process.
*Please note that Claims can take up to 30 days to complete (depending on the shipping carrier used). AO DAI LAMIA does not take responsibility or accept packages reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as delivered.*
If the courier is unable to deliver your parcel after 3 attempts or within 21 days from the initial arrival date, whichever comes first, they will return it to us in Vietnam.
Please note that we do not assume responsibility if your order is returned to us for reasons such as an insufficient shipping address or inability to access the receiver. However, we are happy to assist with redelivery arrangements, and you will be responsible for any return fees and additional redelivery costs for returned-to-sender orders.
Returned or rejected packages will be restocked and processed in accordance with our Refund Policy (kindly refer to our Refund Policy here). We are not liable for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments resulting from inaccurate address information provided during purchase.
Import Duties & Customs
The shipping fee paid during checkout does not include taxes and import duties. Your parcel may undergo customs inspection, and any duties and taxes assessed will be based on local regulations. You are responsible for covering these fees before delivery can be completed. If you refuse the parcel upon delivery or it remains unclaimed, you will need to pay for the return fees (including duties, taxes, and return fees) before we can arrange for redelivery.
For orders shipped to China, Taiwan, and the Philippines, please note the following:
- Orders to China above USD180 may incur taxes and/or duties.
- Orders to Taiwan above USD65 may incur taxes and/or duties.
- Orders to the Philippines above USD120 may incur taxes and/or duties.
It’s important to be aware of these thresholds and potential fees when placing your order.
*We recommend splitting up large orders into multiple orders/shipments below this threshold to avoid taxes and duties.*
6. Return
Transit Hub
When you send your return with any carrier of your choice, your parcel will be directed to our Transit Hub and then shipped to our Fulfillment Center within 10-15 business days.
Fulfillment Center
Only scheduled returns will be shipped directly to our Fulfillment Center (where your original order is handled) by our selected carrier.
Return Instruction
- Sign-in into your account and under âOrder Historyâ, select the order number containing the item(s) you would like to return by clicking âView Orderâ.
- Click on the âRequest order returnâ button and choose the reason for return. If you would like to exchange any item, please make a return, and place a new order or purchase.
- Choose item(s) that you would like to return and state your reason for return. Add a comment / images if you would need to specify your request.
- Select a resolution for your return, please make sure that it is eligible and in accordance with our return policy.
- Select the available shipping method.
- Review and Submit your Return Request
- Pack the item(s) you wish to return/exchange in its original packaging.
- Follow our Return Instruction and send your Returning Item(s) to our designated address in
- Please provide us with the tracking number within the next 3 days to ensure your return. It will aid our staff in following your package more closely. Otherwise, your request might be held OR canceled.
- Once we receive the Returned Item(s) at our Fulfillment Center, our quality assurance team will inspect the Returned Item(s) and confirm that it fits our Return Policy.
- If your return is eligible in accordance with our Return Policy, we will proceed with your Refund
